In 2014, Gene & Susan Allen—with over 20 years of experience in juvenile justice and as therapeutic foster parents—founded Safeway Family Services. They saw the need for early, positive intervention to strengthen families before crises escalate. What began with supervised visitation has grown into comprehensive support for our community.
