Services We Provide
Our facility is designed to be a homelike environment where families and individuals can spend quality time. Conveniently located on the bus line, with easy access to major highways, we strive to make things easy for families to spend time together. We offer flexible hours for working parents, sliding scale fee schedule, and transportation for children and youth. We have rigorous screening and sanitation procedures in place to insure everyone’s health and safety.
Day Support Options (DSO)
Our Day Support Options (DSO) program provides individuals with disabilities meaningful opportunities to engage in daily activities that promote personal growth, community inclusion, and independence. Designed for individuals who may or may not be pursuing employment, DSO focuses on enhancing life skills, social connections, and overall wellbeing through structured and enjoyable experiences. Depending on their goals, participants may take part in activities such as arts and crafts, wellness groups, community outings, and skill-building sessions that encourage confidence, creativity, and participation. Our caring staff provide personalized support in a safe and nurturing environment that empowers individuals to lead active, purposeful lives filled with connection, learning, and joy.
Day Program Services
Our Day Program provides a structured, engaging environment where individuals with disabilities can learn, grow, and connect with others. Each day is thoughtfully designed to promote social interaction, community involvement, and personal development through a variety of activities and skill-building opportunities. Participants enjoy a balanced schedule that will include group learning, recreation, life skills training, and community outings — all tailored to their individual goals. Individualized Day Program - Non-Vocational (IDN)
Our Individualized Day Program (Non-Vocational) provides meaningful daytime support for individuals who are not seeking employment but wish to build life skills, increase independence, and stay engaged in their communities. The program focuses on personal development, social interaction, and community inclusion through structured, goaloriented activities tailored to each person’s needs and interests. Participants receive individualized support in areas such as daily living skills, communication, health and wellness, and recreational enrichment. Our compassionate staff create a supportive, empowering environment where individuals can learn at their own pace, strengthen relationships, and enjoy a fulfilling day experience.
Individualized Day Program – Vocational (IDV)
Our Individualized Day Program (Vocational) is designed to help individuals develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to pursue meaningful employment and greater independence. The program combines hands-on training, job readiness activities, and community-based learning opportunities to support each participant’s personal career goals. Participants receive individualized support in areas such as workplace etiquette, time management, communication, and task completion. We also partner with local businesses and community organizations to provide real-world work experiences that foster growth and self-sufficiency.
Residential Services
Our Residential Services provide safe, supportive, and person-centered living environments for individuals with developmental disabilities. We focus on helping each resident live as independently and comfortably as possible while receiving the support they need to thrive. Each home is staffed by trained professionals who assist with daily living skills, personal care, medication management, and community integration. Our team works closely with residents and families to create individualized plans that promote independence, dignity, and a true sense of belonging.






Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
Our Individualized Home Supports program helps individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities. We provide personalized assistance tailored to each person’s goals and daily needs — from cooking and budgeting to personal care, medication reminders, and community involvement. Our caring staff focus on building confidence, life skills, and independence while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. Companion Support Services
Our Companion Support Services provide individuals with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy meaningful social experiences and community engagement while receiving light assistance and companionship from trained staff. These supports are designed for individuals who may not require intensive personal care but benefit from help with daily activities, transportation, maintaining appointments, or participating in community outings and recreational events. Companions encourage independence, friendship, and connection — helping each person build confidence and enjoy an active, fulfilling lifestyle.
Personal Supports
Our Personal Supports program provides one-on-one assistance to help individuals with disabilities maintain independence and achieve their personal goals at home and in the community. Services are tailored to each person’s unique needs and may include help with daily living activities, personal care, household tasks, preparing for their day, and accessing community resources. Our dedicated staff focus on promoting dignity, choice, and self-sufficiency while ensuring safety and comfort. Our team works closely with each person to understand their unique needs, triggers, and goals. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based strategies, we help individuals develop routines, manage behaviors, and increase independence at home and in the community. Support may include emotional regulation strategies, social skill development, conflict resolution, communication practice, and structured guidance through daily activities. Services are tailored to promote confidence, stability, and long-term success, empowering each individual to thrive in a safe, supportive environment.
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Services
Our Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Services provide individualized, evidence-based interventions designed to support meaningful behavior change and skill development. Using the principles of ABA, we help individuals build communication skills, increase independence, strengthen social interactions, and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life. Each treatment plan is developed through a comprehensive assessment and is tailored to the unique needs, abilities, and goals of the individual. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and trained behavior technicians implement structured, data-driven strategies that promote long-term growth and success. ABA sessions may focus on communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, community integration, academic readiness, social engagement, and coping strategies. We work collaboratively with families and care teams to ensure consistency across home, school, and community environments. Transportation Services
Our Transportation Services provide safe, reliable, and timely travel for individuals attending day programs, work sites, community activities, and essential appointments. We understand that consistent transportation is a key part of maintaining independence, routine, and access to meaningful opportunities. Our trained drivers ensure each ride is supportive and person-centered, offering door-to-door service when needed and assisting individuals throughout the boarding and drop-off process. Vehicles are maintained to meet all state and agency safety standards, and routes are planned to maximize efficiency while accommodating individual schedules. Whether supporting daily program attendance or helping individuals stay engaged in their community, our transportation service is designed to promote accessibility, comfort, and peace of mind for both individuals and families.
